Nozawa Onsen is more than a ski resort. It’s a traditional mountain village where deep winter snow, natural hot springs and everyday village life come together. Wander the narrow streets, discover small shops and restaurants, and watch steam rise from the local bathhouses as snow falls around you. It’s a place with its own rhythm, character and history — and one that feels distinctly Japanese.
